Refund Policy

Effective June 2025 · SaaS software service

Augmmerce is a commercial brand operated by Bit Bytes Solutions LLC, a company incorporated in the state of New Mexico, United States. All services are provided on behalf of that legal entity.

Section 1

When does a refund apply?

You may request a refund on your Augmmerce plan provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase or renewal date.
The 3D modeling service has not been completed for more than 50% of the total products contracted for 3D modeling.
The account has not registered active use of the Augmmerce platform during that period (AR views generated by end customers).

Section 2

What is non-refundable?

Onboarding sessions, strategic consultations, or support sessions already completed.
Automatic renewal charges if cancellation was not requested at least 48 business hours before the renewal date.
3D modeling work that has been completed and delivered, regardless of the plan status.
Free trial plans (the 3 no-cost products do not qualify for a refund as no charge was made).
Unused months remaining on an annual plan cancelled before the end of the contracted period. See section 3.

Section 3

Subscriptions and automatic renewals

Augmmerce plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option selected at sign-up. Renewals are processed automatically on the same date each billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription and prevent a renewal, you must notify us at least 48 business hours before the renewal date by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel subscription” and including the email address on your account.

If the renewal was already processed before we received your request, the charge is non-refundable; however, we will cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.

Annual plans — early cancellation policy

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12-month period. The annual price includes a 15% discount compared to the monthly rate as a benefit for the upfront commitment.

Cancelling an annual plan before the end of the contracted period does not entitle the customer to a proportional refund for unused months. Access to the service remains active through the last day of the paid period.

Annual plan — within the first 14 days

If requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and all conditions in section 1 are met.

✗ No refund

Annual plan — after 14 days

Remaining months of the contracted period are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation is requested.

Section 4

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request” and include the following information:

What happens next?

We review your request

Within 2 business days we assess whether your request meets the conditions of this policy.

We confirm by email

We notify you whether the refund was approved or, if not, we explain the reason.

Access cancelled

Platform access and the 3D models included in your plan are deactivated.

Funds returned

Up to 10 business days from confirmation, depending on your bank or payment processor. If funds have not arrived after 10 days, contact us at [email protected].
