Augmmerce is a commercial brand operated by Bit Bytes Solutions LLC, a company incorporated in the state of New Mexico, United States. All services are provided on behalf of that legal entity.

When does a refund apply?
You may request a refund on your Augmmerce plan provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Subscriptions and automatic renewals
Augmmerce plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option selected at sign-up. Renewals are processed automatically on the same date each billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription and prevent a renewal, you must notify us at least 48 business hours before the renewal date by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel subscription” and including the email address on your account.
If the renewal was already processed before we received your request, the charge is non-refundable; however, we will cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.
Annual plans — early cancellation policy
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12-month period. The annual price includes a 15% discount compared to the monthly rate as a benefit for the upfront commitment.
Cancelling an annual plan before the end of the contracted period does not entitle the customer to a proportional refund for unused months. Access to the service remains active through the last day of the paid period.

If requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and all conditions in section 1 are met.

Annual plan — after 14 days
Remaining months of the contracted period are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation is requested.

Within 2 business days we assess whether your request meets the conditions of this policy.
We confirm by email
We notify you whether the refund was approved or, if not, we explain the reason.
Access cancelled
Platform access and the 3D models included in your plan are deactivated.
Funds returned
Up to 10 business days from confirmation, depending on your bank or payment processor. If funds have not arrived after 10 days, contact us at [email protected].
